Data Deletion Instructions

This page describes how users of the Nempl service can request deletion of their data in accordance with Meta requirements and our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnecting Integration

At any time, you can disconnect your Instagram Business/Creator account and related Meta assets in the Nempl dashboard. Once disconnected, all conversation data and related metadata will be automatically deleted within up to 60 days, as described in our Privacy Policy ( https://nempl.app/privacy-policy ).

2. Data Deletion Request

You can also request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@nempl.app. Please include the email used for your account and/or the connected Instagram Business Account ID in your request. We will confirm your request and erase the data within 30 days.
